How to use it

Look up a hotkey or a Studio mark without leaving the BYOK. For the moment you can't remember which key jumps to the end of the file, or whether it's ^ or ^^.

Opening it

Press Ctrl+T, then h. It works whether or not you have a file open.

You land on the contents page:

  1. General controls
  2. Selecting & editing
  3. Moving around
  4. Find
  5. Scripts
  6. Captures: commands
  7. Captures: rules
  8. Writing an outline
  9. Comments & file details

Good to know
  • Nothing here changes your writing. It is a reference, nothing else.
  • Hotkeys match the BYOK manual. Capture rules match how Studio reads your files.
What it can touch

A tool can only do what is listed here. Nothing else. This one can:

  • Take over the screen: Only for tools you run when you ask

It cannot change your writing.
